All our products are packed in a firm blanco box, on the outside you can not see that it contains erotic articles and there will not be any reference to our shop on the box. 100% reliably and discreet. Wherever possible, we use packing material which is not harmfull for the environment.

Sending manner

All parcels are carried out by TNT Post. They deliver your order on the by you indicated address by day. If you are not at home when the order is offered then the TNT employee will leave you a notification with the address of the mail office where you can take away your order the next working day. When you get the order delivered, pay good attention to possible damages.

When you received an order of lingerie and/or clothing that is not the right size you can send this retour. You need to report this consignment in advance with this form. We ask you to fill in this application completely and correct.
